The panel “Managing sports facilities: which model for Senegal?” brought together Souleymane Boun Daouda Diop, Mohamed Khaled El Shawarby (CIES), Ibrahima Fall (INSEPS), Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Sarr and Samsidine Diatta, then ASMAS president.
Recommendations included adding shops, restaurants and conference rooms to venues, designing multi-purpose stadiums, revising the legal framework and entrusting management to qualified professionals.
